Industries · Construction & Trades
Websites for construction companies that win contracts and applicants.
Eight businesses from shell construction, site logistics, building services and steel trading had their presence built by us. We know the construction site, the tender pressure and the problem that really occupies every contractor in 2026: staff.
Why construction is different
Your website has three audiences. Most sites serve only one.
Agencies without industry experience build you an image page. What a construction company actually needs is a tool that works on three fronts at once.
01
The client
Developers, architects and general contractors check before awarding whether you have built something comparable. References with volume, construction time and images are not decoration but your proof. Whoever hides them does not get asked.
02
The applicant
Foremen, bricklayers and site managers are scarcer than contracts. They look at your website before they get in touch, and decide within thirty seconds whether this is a place to work. A careers page with real faces beats any job ad.
03
The partner
Subcontractors, suppliers and banks form a judgement about your reliability before the first conversation. A website from 2014 says something about the company, just nothing good.
Work
Eight businesses that trusted us with their presence.
From a Berlin shell construction company to steel traders in Lower Saxony. Several of them we have been supporting for years.
In detail · KoHa
Twenty-five years of shell construction nobody had seen before.
- Starting point
A Berlin shell construction company with projects since 1999, and a presence that revealed neither the references nor the size of the business. Whoever searched for a partner for a larger project found a business card.
- Approach
We brought references, services and company history into a clear structure, with real project images instead of bought motifs. Every project received volume, timeframe and role.
- Result
A presence that shows the size of the business instead of hiding it, and that serves as proof in tenders. The collaboration continues as ongoing care.
Services for the construction industry
Five disciplines, translated into what your business needs.
Everything from one team means here: one appointment on the construction site, and photos, copy and website grow out of it together. No coordinating between three providers.
Website with project database
References with volume, construction time and trade, filterable: a client finds in seconds what resembles their project.
Footage on your construction sites
Shell construction from the air, details on the ground, people at work. The only way to images no competitor has also bought.
Careers page that produces applications
Open positions, real faces from the company, application in two minutes from the phone: no cover letter, no form marathon.
Presence from site sign to quote
Logo, colours, vehicle branding, site fence banners, quote templates. A business that looks the same everywhere appears bigger than it is.
Enquiries that sort themselves
Incoming enquiries are pre-qualified and land structured in your inbox instead of sitting for three days as a form e-mail.
Found where people search
Google Business profile, regional visibility, project reports. So you appear even when nobody knows your name.
Process
Four steps. Your effort: about five hours.
We know you have no time for agency meetings. That is why the process is built to need as little of your time as possible.
One hour, by phone or at your place. We clarify which contracts you want more of and which positions you need to fill.
Concept and price in writing, in one sum. No open items, no supplements. We know those from your industry.
One day on location: photography, drone, shots of the team. From this come images for website, social media and recruiting.
We build, you review at two points. After launch we stay available for maintenance and additions.
FAQ
What contractors ask us before the project.
What does a website for a construction company cost?
A complete presence with structure, copy, our own photography and a careers page is in the mid four-figure to lower five-figure range, depending on how many projects are shown and whether drone footage is included. After the first conversation you receive a fixed quote: one sum, no open items.
How long does it take, and how much of my time does it cost?
From approval to launch usually takes six to ten weeks. Your own effort is around five hours: one conversation, one site visit, two approvals.
We have no usable photos of our projects.
That is the norm in the industry: usually there are phone photos from the foreman and nothing else. Photography and drone footage are therefore part of the scope. We come to your sites and shoot there.
Will this really bring applications?
A website creates no applicants out of thin air. But it decides whether someone who has come across your name gets in touch or clicks away. What measurably helps: real faces instead of stock photos, an application without a cover letter, and a page that loads in seconds on the phone.
Can we maintain the site ourselves later?
Yes. You add new projects and job listings yourself, with a short briefing and a guide. If you prefer to hand it over, we take care of it as part of ongoing care.
Do you also work outside Berlin?
Yes. Businesses in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia are among our clients. For the photo session we come to you; everything else can be done remotely.
Tell us which contracts you want more of.
One conversation, one hour, and afterwards you know what it costs and what it delivers. Even if you decide against us in the end.
