Industries · Hospitality

Websites for restaurants and hotels that bring guests, and staff along with them.

Six houses, from a Berlin neighbourhood tavern to a hotel, had their presence built by us. We know the everyday between lunch service and weekly menu, and we know where guests really decide: on the phone, in seconds.

Why hospitality is different

Your website has three audiences. Most sites serve only one.

A pretty image page fills no tables. What a house actually needs is a tool that works on three fronts at once.

01

The guest

They check menu, photos and opening hours on the phone, usually on the go. If the menu is missing or the page loads slowly, they book next door. The website is your shop window, not your business card.

02

The applicant

Kitchen, service and front desk are scarcer than guests. Whoever applies has seen your website and decided whether your house is a good place to work. Real faces and an honest look behind the scenes beat any job ad.

03

The platform

Google, Maps and review portals show your house before anyone opens your page. A well-kept business profile with current hours, menu and images decides whether you make the shortlist at all.

Work

Six houses that trusted us with their presence.

From a Charlottenburg institution to a biker bar in Brandenburg. Several of them we support continuously, including weekly menu and visibility.

In detail · Dicke Wirtin

A Berlin original that is now one digitally, too.

  1. Starting point

An institution in Charlottenburg for decades, but the old website told none of it. Tourists could not find it, the menu was hard to maintain, and the tavern’s charm stayed digitally invisible.

  2. Approach

A complete rebuild: 32 pages in German and English, imagery that captures the tavern’s atmosphere, a weekly menu that is easy to update, and a clean technical base, fast and optimised for local search.

  3. Result

A presence that honours the original: found by guests from around the world, maintained without agency lock-in, with a complete local search profile. The collaboration continues as ongoing care.

Services for hospitality

Five disciplines, translated into what your house needs.

Everything from one team means here: one appointment at your house, and photos, copy and website grow out of it together.

2 build · Web

Website with a living menu

Weekly and daily menus maintained by you in minutes, without an agency and without a PDF graveyard. Guests always see the current state.

2 capture · Photo

Shots at your house

Rooms, plates, people behind the counter. Images that look like your house, not like a stock library.

2 build · Recruiting

Careers page for kitchen and service

Open positions, real faces, application in two minutes from the phone.

2 design · Brand

Presence from menu to sign

Logo, menu layout, signage, social templates. One house, one image, inside and out.

2 automate · AI

Enquiries that sort themselves

Event and group enquiries arrive pre-qualified and structured in your inbox instead of drowning between newsletters.

2 grow · Visibility

Found before the guest searches

Google Business profile, local search, reviews in view. So your house makes the shortlist when someone searches nearby.

Process

Four steps. Your effort: about five hours.

We know there is little air between purchasing, service and rota. That is why the process needs as little of your time as possible.

01
Conversation

One hour, by phone or at your house. We clarify which guests you want more of and which positions you need to fill.

FAQ

What restaurateurs ask us before the project.

What does a website for a restaurant or hotel cost?

A complete presence with structure, copy, our own photography and a maintainable menu is in the mid four-figure to lower five-figure range, depending on scope and languages. After the first conversation you receive a fixed quote.

Can we maintain the menu ourselves?

Yes, that is the core: you change weekly and daily menus yourself in a few minutes, without technical knowledge. At Dicke Wirtin exactly this has been running every week since launch.

We have no good photos of our house.

Then we take them. Photography is part of the scope: rooms, dishes and team, shot before service or on the closing day so the business stays undisturbed.

Can our reservation system be connected?

Yes. We connect your existing system, whether OpenTable, Quandoo or a simple enquiry form with preferred date. What matters is that the guest reaches the goal in two clicks.

Do you also work outside Berlin?

Yes. Houses in Brandenburg and beyond are among our clients. For the photo day we come to you; everything else can be done remotely.

Tell us which guests you want more of.

One conversation, one hour, and afterwards you know what it costs and what it delivers. Even if you decide against us in the end.
