Industries · Health & Care
Websites for care and health providers that build trust and win professionals.
Three presences from intensive care and daily-living support, from Berlin-Pankow to Brandenburg. We know the situation families search in, and we know that in care the labour market decides.
Why health is different
Your website has three audiences. Most sites serve only one.
An image page with stock photos reassures nobody. What a care or health provider actually needs is a presence that works on three fronts at once.
01
The family
Whoever seeks care or support for a loved one is in an exceptional situation and needs clarity instead of jargon: what you offer, for whom, what it costs, who helps. Understandable offer worlds beat any list of services.
02
The professional
Care professionals are scarcer than clients. Whoever applies has seen your website and decided whether you are an employer to trust. Real faces, real rooms and a jobs section without hurdles make the difference.
03
The referrer
Doctors, social services and care support centres recommend what they know and consider trustworthy. A well-kept presence with clear contacts makes you recommendable; an outdated one raises doubts.
Work
Three presences entrusted to us.
From intensive care in Berlin-Pankow to daily-living support in Brandenburg. All three under our ongoing care.
In detail · ipas24
Intensive care that gives families confidence and wins professionals.
- Starting point
Whoever seeks intensive care for a family member is in an exceptional situation and needs clarity instead of jargon. At the same time, the care sector is decided by the labour market: without a visible employer brand, positions stay unfilled.
- Approach
We took both audiences seriously: care flat-share, intensive and outpatient care and ventilation as understandable offer worlds for families, plus a dedicated jobs section with training and open positions that positions ipas24 as an employer.
- Result
A presence that builds trust before the first conversation, and that actively helps recruit staff. The site runs under our ongoing care.
Services for care & health
Five disciplines, translated into what your service needs.
Everything from one team means here: one appointment at your place, and photos, copy and website grow out of it together. With the discretion this sector demands.
Website with understandable offer worlds
Services explained so a family member understands them without prior knowledge: what you do, for whom, how it is paid, who to talk to.
Shots at your place
Real people, real rooms, taken with consent and consideration. Trust is not built with stock-library smiles.
Jobs section that produces applications
Open positions, training, real faces from the team, application in two minutes from the phone.
Presence from service car to brochure
Logo, colours, vehicle branding, flyers for care support centres and practices. A service that looks the same everywhere appears reliable.
Enquiries that sort themselves
Care and job enquiries arrive pre-qualified and structured in your inbox, so nobody in a difficult situation waits for an answer.
Found when it is urgent
Local search, Google Business profile, reviews in view. Whoever searches for care searches now and nearby.
Process
Four steps. Your effort: about five hours.
We know there is little air between shifts, rotas and documentation. That is why the process needs as little of your time as possible.
One hour, by phone or at your place. We clarify which clients you want to reach and which positions you need to fill.
Concept and price in writing, in one sum. No open items, no surprises.
One day, with consideration for residents and operations: team, rooms, everyday life. Only with the consent of those shown.
We build, you review at two points. After launch we stay available for content and visibility.
FAQ
What care providers ask us before the project.
What does a website for a care service cost?
A complete presence with structure, copy, our own photography and a jobs section is in the mid four-figure to lower five-figure range, depending on scope. After the first conversation you receive a fixed quote.
May we even show residents and clients?
Only with written consent, and often it is not necessary at all: team, rooms and everyday situations carry a presence just as well. We plan the photo day so nobody ends up in the picture unasked.
Will this really bring applications?
A website creates no care professionals out of thin air. But it decides whether someone who has come across your name gets in touch or clicks away. What measurably helps: real faces instead of stock photos, an application without a cover letter, and clear statements on rotas and training.
What about data protection?
Here it is a duty: no US trackers, no cookie-banner circus, enquiry forms kept minimal and encrypted. Our sites run without third-party tracking and GDPR-compliant.
Can we maintain positions and content ourselves?
Yes. You add open positions and news yourself, with a short briefing. If you prefer to hand it over, we take care of it as part of ongoing care.
Do you also work outside Berlin?
Yes. The Pflegonauten support seniors in Brandenburg, other clients are based in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. For the photo day we come to you.
Tell us who you want to reach: families, applicants or both.
One conversation, one hour, and afterwards you know what it costs and what it delivers. Even if you decide against us in the end.
