The essentials first
This website works without cookies and without third-party services. Fonts and all content are served from our own server. For reach measurement we exclusively use a self-hosted, cookie-free solution (see section 6) — your data is never transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.
1. Controller
We Love 2 Design, owner Norman Stoske
Dürerstraße 5, 12203 Berlin, Germany
Phone: +49 176 842 429 04 · E-mail: mail@welove2design.com
2. Server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and ensure operational security. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is deleted automatically after a short period and is not merged with other data sources. Hosting takes place at a German data centre provider.
3. Contact and contact form
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, company if given, preferred time and your message) to handle your enquiry. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored exclusively on our own server in Germany; no data is passed to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) additionally apply. Its use is voluntary — every request can equally be sent to us by e-mail or phone.
5. Client portal
For existing clients we operate a protected client portal at portal.welove2design.com. There we process the data required for contract fulfilment (name, e-mail address, project data) on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The portal runs on our own server in Germany.
6. Reach measurement (cookie-free)
We use the self-hosted open-source software GoatCounter on our own server in Germany to understand which pages are visited how often. It sets no cookies, builds no user profiles and transfers no data to third parties. Only aggregated information is recorded (page visited, referrer, browser type, country); IP addresses are not stored permanently. The browser setting “Do Not Track” is respected. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-preserving statistics); consent is not required as no device access beyond what is technically necessary takes place.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Simply contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — for us: the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
