Mobile toilet units are traditionally rented by phone and fax — with queries, waiting times and paperwork. W&W wanted the step the whole industry still shies away from: taking the entire rental business online, from the standard unit to the accessible cabin.
Our approach
We built website and online rental shop as one unit: models with clear use cases for construction sites, events and key accounts, a shop where customers configure and rent their units themselves, and a customer portal for running orders — plus the four-step process from selection to pick-up, plainly explained.
The result
A phone business became an online business: customers rent around the clock, the team is relieved of routine enquiries. Website, shop and care come from one team.
