Starting point
How do you tell 150 years of tavern history without feeling like a museum? Destille needed a presence that honours regulars and makes new guests curious, on screens that did not exist for most of its history.
Our approach
We turned the history into the design principle: warm dark imagery, honest copy in the house’s own voice and clear paths to opening hours, menu and directions. Plus local search optimisation so “Berlin’s oldest beer tavern” actually leads to Destille on Google.
The result
A presence that feels like the place itself: lived tradition instead of retro scenery. Guests find what they need at a glance, and we keep looking after the site.
