How do you tell 150 years of tavern history without feeling like a museum? Destille needed a presence that honours regulars and makes new guests curious — on screens that did not exist for most of its history.
Our approach
We turned the history into the design principle: warm dark imagery, honest copy in the house’s own voice and clear paths to opening hours, menu and directions — plus local search optimisation so “Berlin’s oldest beer tavern” actually leads to Destille on Google.
The result
A presence that feels like the place itself: lived tradition instead of retro scenery. Guests find what they need at a glance — and we keep looking after the site.
